- Frothy secretions in the left maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses as well as in scattered ethmoid air cells

Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS)

No evidence of arterial occlusion or aneurysm.
Multifocal areas of mild luminal narrowing/irregularity of bilateral M2 and M3 middle cerebral artery branches which though nonspecific can be seen in the setting of vasculopathy, including reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS).
Frothy secretions in the left maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses as well as in scattered ethmoid air cells, which could reflect an element of sinusitis.
