Diagnosis
Large left cavernous internal carotid aneurysm
Sample Report
No acute intracranial abnormality.
A soft tissue attenuation lesion with peripheral calcification in the left parasellar region is suspicious for aneurysm but could also represent a mass such as a meningioma. Recommend CTA or MRA for further evaluation.
