Findings

Diagnosis

Small left MCA territory infarct

Sample Report

Area of hypoattenuation and loss of gray-white differentiation in the inferior left frontal lobe concerning for acute/subacute infarct. No acute hemorrhage or mass effect. Recommend brain MRI for further evaluation.

Sequelae of chronic small vessel disease. Calcified intracranial atherosclerosis.
