Sample Report

Widespread areas of hypoattenuation throughout the supratentorial white matter with more focal regions noted in the left frontal and left occipital lobe which extend to involve the cortical gray matter. Findings are concerning for hypoxic-ischemic injury in the setting of trauma, although a diffuse white matter process such as ADEM could have a similar appearance. Recommend brain MRI for further evaluation.

No acute hemorrhage, mass effect, or hydrocephalus.

Minimal inflammatory paranasal sinus disease.
