Invasive fungal sinusitis

Circumferential mucosal thickening of the right maxillary sinus with multifocal bony destruction and soft tissue extension superiorly into the right orbit contacting the inferior rectus muscle and posteriorly into the retroantral fat and pterygopalatine fossa.
