Diagnosis

Colles fracture (Frykman V)

Scapholunate ligament injury

Sample Report

Acute transverse, minimally displaced distal radial metaphyseal fracture with mild dorsal impaction and tilt and extension into the distal radioulnar joint.

No malalignment of the radiocarpal or radioulnar joints.

Mild widening of the scapholunate interval concerning for scapholunate ligament injury.

Mild degenerative changes of the first CMC joint.
