Indication: Wrist pain

Findings

  • No acute fracture or malalignment
  • 2-3 mm ossific fragments along the dorsal margin of the radiocarpal joint
  • Status post proximal row carpectomy
  • Mild joint space narrowing of the first MCP joint and throughout the carpus
  • Osteopenia

Diagnosis

No acute findings

Proximal row carpectomy

Sample Report

No acute fracture or malalignment.

2-3 mm ossific fragments along the dorsal margin of the radiocarpal joint, which likely represent remote avulsion/chip fractures or postsurgical changes.

Status post proximal row carpectomy.

Mild joint space narrowing of the first MCP joint and throughout the carpus.

Osteopenia.
