  • Acute transscaphoid perilunate dislocation with a comminuted, rotated scaphoid waist fracture
  • Additional tiny avulsion fracture along the dorsal aspect of the wrist, possibly from the ulnar styloid
  • Soft tissue swelling about the wrist
