Indication: Right hip pain

Findings

  • Acute minimally displaced fractures of the right superior and inferior pubic rami
  • The right superior ramus fracture extends into the pubic body
  • Moderate degenerative changes of the hips
  • Transitional anatomy of the lumbosacral junction with pseudoarticulation of the left L5 transverse process with the sacrum

Diagnosis

Obturator ring fractures

Sample Report

Acute minimally displaced fractures of the right superior and inferior pubic rami. The right superior ramus fracture extends into the pubic body.

No joint malalignment or diastasis.

Moderate degenerative changes of the hips.

Transitional anatomy of the lumbosacral junction with pseudoarticulation of the left L5 transverse process with the sacrum.
