- Left total hip arthroplasty with an acute, minimally displaced periprosthetic fracture of the greater trochanter
- Cortical lucency along the lateral aspect of the upper proximal femoral cerclage wire
- Moderate degenerative changes of the right hip, pubic symphysis, bilateral sacroiliac joints, and of the partially visualized lower lumbar spine
- Osteopenia

Sample Report
Left total hip arthroplasty with an acute, minimally displaced periprosthetic fracture of the greater trochanter.
No joint malalignment.
Cortical lucency along the lateral aspect of the upper proximal femoral cerclage wire concerning for osteolysis.
Moderate degenerative changes of the right hip, pubic symphysis, bilateral sacroiliac joints, and of the partially visualized lower lumbar spine.
Osteopenia.
