Findings

Diagnosis

Obturator ring fractures

Sample Report

Acute left superior pubic ramus fracture with extension into the pubic body and symphysis and 8 mm inferior displacement of the pubic body fragment at the symphysis.

Acute nondisplaced left inferior pubic ramus fracture.

No diastasis of the pubic symphysis or sacroiliac joints, though evaluation is limited by patient rotation.

Much of the sacrum is obscured by contrast material in the distal ureters and bladder.

Rightward deviation of the contrast-filled bladder with flattening of the left inferior bladder wall, which may relate to mass effect from a left pelvic hematoma.
