- Vascular calcifications
Diagnosis
Pathologic intertrochanteric and lesser trochanter fracture
Sample Report
Acute comminuted intertrochanteric right femoral fracture with 5 mm superior displacement of the lesser trochanter fracture fragment. Irregular lucent appearance of the intertrochanteric region raises concern for pathologic fracture.
Mild degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and at the lumbosacral junction.
Numerous surgical clips and suture materials overlie the anatomic pelvis and lower abdomen.
Vascular calcifications.
