Demographics: 38 years old, Male
Indication: Trauma

Findings

  • Acute right transverse acetabular fracture with 1.3 cm medial displacement of the inferior fracture fragment and involvement of the posterior wall
  • Posterosuperior dislocation of the right femoral head with slightly flattened contour of the superomedial aspect of the femoral head

Diagnosis

Acetabular fracture (transverse with posterior wall)

Sample Report

Acute right transverse acetabular fracture with 1.3 cm medial displacement of the inferior fracture fragment and involvement of the posterior wall.

Posterosuperior dislocation of the right femoral head with slightly flattened contour of the superomedial aspect of the femoral head, which may represent an impaction fracture.

No diastasis of the pubic symphysis or sacroiliac joints.
