Demographics: 89 years old, Male
Indication: Seizure, fall

Findings

  • Acute, mildly varus impacted right subcapital femoral neck fracture with mild lateral displacement
  • Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
  • Numerous sclerotic lesions throughout the visualized osseous structures
  • Osteopenia
  • Multiple surgical clips overlie the anatomic pelvis bilaterally
  • Penile prosthesis

Diagnosis

Subcapital femoral neck fracture

Sample Report

Acute, mildly varus impacted right subcapital femoral neck fracture with mild lateral displacement.

Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints.

Numerous sclerotic lesions throughout the visualized osseous structures, consistent with osteoblastic metastatic disease.

Osteopenia.

Multiple surgical clips overlie the anatomic pelvis bilaterally.

Penile prosthesis.
