Indication: Bilateral hip pain

Findings

  • No acute fracture or malalignment
  • Severe bilateral hip degenerative changes with superior bone-on-bone contact, remodeling of both femoral heads, and extensive subchondral femoral head and acetabular cystic changes bilaterally
  • Vascular calcifications

Diagnosis

No acute findings Large subchondral cysts
