  • Additional adjacent tiny fracture fragments
  • Moderate joint effusion

Quadriceps tendon avulsion fracture

Acute quadriceps avulsion fractures with multiple superiorly distracted bone fragments and associated patella baja.

Moderate-sized joint effusion.
