Diagnosis

Osteochondral lesion (OCL) with displaced fragment

Sample Report

Medial femoral condyle osteochondral lesion extending to the intercondylar notch with an 11 x 7 mm displaced osteochondral fragment just lateral to the lateral tibial spine.

Otherwise no acute fracture or malalignment.

Small joint effusion.

Joint spaces are maintained.
