Diagnosis

Lateral tibial plateau fracture (Schatzker I)

Sample Report

Acute mildly impacted and comminuted fracture of the lateral tibial plateau.

Small ossific fragment adjacent to the lateral tibial spine likely represents a small chip or avulsion fracture.

Moderate lipohemarthrosis.

Soft tissue hematoma along the anteromedial aspect of the knee.

Mild tricompartmental degenerative changes.
