- Widening of the medial aspect of the fifth PIP joint with 2 mm lateral subluxation and overlying soft tissue swelling
Diagnosis
Fifth PIP joint subluxation
Sample Report
No acute fracture.
Widening of the medial aspect of the fifth PIP joint with 2 mm lateral subluxation and overlying soft tissue swelling concerning for acute injury.
Joint spaces are otherwise maintained.
