Demographics: 55 years old, Female
Indication: Postop evaluation (history of neurofibromatosis)

Findings

  • Metallic biliary stent overlies the right upper quadrant
  • Pneumobilia
  • Contrast material throughout the colon without evidence of bowel obstruction
  • Bibasilar atelectasis. Diffuse pulmonary interstitial prominence
  • Numerous cutaneous nodules

Diagnosis

Pneumobilia

Sample Report

Metallic biliary stent overlies the common bile duct with associated pneumobilia.

No bowel obstruction.

Bibasilar atelectasis.

Diffuse pulmonary interstitial prominence may relate to edema and/or chronic interstitial disease.

Numerous cutaneous nodules likely relate to the patient's history of neurofibromatosis.
