- Gaseous distension of multiple loops of small and large bowel with a dilated loop of colon in the left upper quadrant measuring up to 11 cm in diameter
- Multiple small bowel and colonic air-fluid levels on upright imaging
- Paucity of distal colonic gas
- Right upper quadrant surgical clips
Diagnosis
Cecal volvulus
