- Hazy soft tissue density along the inferior left heart border, favored to represent prominent pericardial fat
- No focal airspace opacification
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette
- Post-CABG changes
Diagnosis
Normal (prominent pericardial fat)
