Findings

  • Hazy soft tissue density along the inferior left heart border, favored to represent prominent pericardial fat
  • No focal airspace opacification
  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette
  • Post-CABG changes

Diagnosis

Normal (prominent pericardial fat)

Sample Report

No radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
