Findings

  • Widening of the right paratracheal stripe
  • Mild bilateral interstitial thickening
  • No confluent airspace opacification
  • Small bilateral pleural effusions
  • No pneumothorax
  • Mild enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette
  • Status post median sternotomy and CABG

Diagnosis

Right paratracheal adenopathy Pulmonary edema

Sample Report

Widening of the right paratracheal stripe, which raises concern for lymphadenopathy. Recommend chest CT for further evaluation.

Mild interstitial pulmonary edema with small bilateral pleural effusions.
