- Moderately enlarged cardiopericardial silhouette with a globular, "water-bottle" configuration
- No focal airspace disease or edema
- Small right pleural effusion
- Surgical changes of prior CABG and aortic valve replacement
- Possibly acute, mildly displaced fracture of the left lateral third rib

Moderately enlarged cardiopericardial silhouette with a globular configuration, most suggestive of the presence of a pericardial effusion. Consider echocardiography for further evaluation.
Small right pleural effusion.
Possibly acute, mildly displaced fracture of the left lateral third rib.
