- Mass-like areas of consolidation in the apicoposterior segment of the left upper lobe and superior segment of the left lower lobe with surrounding groundglass opacification
- Dependent groundglass opacities in the left lower lobe
- Trace left pleural effusion
- Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath with tip in the right atrium
Upper abdomen
- No acute findings

Diagnosis
Angioinvasive aspergillosis
Sample Report
Mass-like areas of consolidation with groundglass halos in the left upper and lower lobes, which are concerning for atypical infection (particularly angioinvasive aspergillosis) in this patient with neutropenic fever.
Dependent groundglass opacities in the left lower lobe could represent pneumonia, aspiration, or hemorrhage.
Trace left pleural effusion.
