- Soft tissue density overlying the superior right chest and right shoulder, likely external to the patient

- Diffuse centrilobular micronodularity and groundglass opacities with scattered tiny cystic spaces
- Multiple mildly enlarged mediastinal and bilateral axillary lymph nodes
- Decreased attenuation of the unenhanced blood pool suggestive of anemia
Upper abdomen
- Splenomegaly

Diagnosis
Pneumocystis pneumonia
Sample Report
Findings are concerning for a diffuse atypical pneumonia, with pneumocystis infection being a primary consideration in this patient with reported HIV/AIDS.
Multiple enlarged mediastinal and bilateral axillary lymph nodes may be reactive or secondary to the patient's known HIV.
Partially imaged splenomegaly.
