Demographics: 66 years old, Female
Indication: Followup after aortic aneurysm repair

Findings

Vascular

  • Partially imaged surgical changes of graft repair of a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm with a small amount of intramural contrast leakage medially at the proximal anastomosis in the distal descending thoracic aorta
  • No aneurysmal dilation of the aorta proximal to the graft
  • Aortic atherosclerosis without dissection or significant stenosis
  • Partially imaged celiac artery and SMA grafts, which are patent proximally
  • Moderate coronary artery calcification
  • Aortic annular calcification

Nonvascular

  • Mild dependent atelectasis/scarring in the left lower lobe
  • Small left pleural effusion
  • Moderate centrilobular emphysema
  • Intermediate density collection in the left posterior chest wall along the inferior margin of the scapula, likely a small hematoma

Diagnosis

Aortic endoleak
