Findings

Lower chest

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • No acute findings
  • Hepatomegaly
  • Diffuse decreased attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma with focal sparing along the gallbladder fossa
  • Intermediate attenuation material in the gallbladder, which may represent sludge
  • Diffuse pancreatic atrophy with multiple parenchymal calcifications and main duct ectasia
  • Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm

Diagnosis

Sacral insufficiency fractures

Sample Report

Bilateral sacral insufficiency fractures.

Right lower lobe airspace consolidation likely representing aspiration or pneumonia superimposed on postinfectious/postinflammatory scarring.

No acute findings in the abdomen.
