- Volume loss in the right lower lobe with airspace consolidation and mild bronchiectasis
- Small right pleural effusion
Abdomen/Pelvis
- No acute findings
- Hepatomegaly
- Diffuse decreased attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma with focal sparing along the gallbladder fossa
- Intermediate attenuation material in the gallbladder, which may represent sludge
- Diffuse pancreatic atrophy with multiple parenchymal calcifications and main duct ectasia
- Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm

Right lower lobe airspace consolidation likely representing aspiration or pneumonia superimposed on postinfectious/postinflammatory scarring.
No acute findings in the abdomen.
