- Small volume free intraperitoneal fluid in the right paracolic gutter tracking into the anatomic pelvis without loculated collection or free air
- Normal appendix
- Retroverted uterus

- No acute osseous findings
- Subcutaneous nodularity and gas in the bilateral lateral flank soft tissues, likely relating to medication injection sites

Diverticulitis
Sample Report
Acute uncomplicated diverticulitis involving the proximal ascending colon. No evidence of abscess or perforation.
Normal appendix.
