- Mild dependent atelectasis
- Small hiatal hernia
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Multiple radiopaque common bile duct calculi including a 3 mm calculus near the Sphincter of Oddi and a more proximal calculus measuring 5 x 11 mm
- Hyperenhancement of the extrahepatic bile duct walls and gallbladder wall with mild adjacent fat stranding
- No gallbladder or biliary duct dilation
- Bilateral subcentimeter renal hypoattenuating lesions, which are too small to characterize
- Mild prostatomegaly
- Retroaortic left renal vein
MSK
- No acute findings
- Multilevel degenerative changes of the spine, most pronounced at L5-S1
Diagnosis
Ascending cholangitis

Choledocholithiasis with findings concerning for ascending cholangitis. No biliary duct dilation.
