Lower chest
- Mild dependent atelectasis
- 5 mm nodule in the right middle lobe, which does not meet size criteria for imaging follow-up per Fleischner 2017 guidelines
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Short segment sigmoid colon mural thickening and surrounding fat stranding in an area of multiple diverticula with mural thickening and hyperenhancement of a ventrally directed diverticulum
- Cholelithiasis without gallbladder distension, wall thickening, pericholecystic inflammatory changes, or biliary duct dilation
- Appendix is mildly distended with fecal contents without wall thickening or periappendiceal inflammatory changes
- Replaced common hepatic artery from the SMA

- No acute findings
