Abdomen/Pelvis
- Multiple peripherally-enhancing tubular fluid and gas containing structures along the left aspect of the anus communicating with a collection anteriorly measuring 2.5 x 1.7 cm
- Additional perianal collection on the right measuring 1 x 1 cm
- Submucosal fat deposition in the terminal ileum
- Several small nonobstructing left renal calculi measuring up to 4 mm
- Focal fatty infiltration in the liver adjacent to the falciform ligament

- No acute findings
Diagnosis
Perianal fistulae and abscesses
Sample Report
Findings concerning for perianal fistulae and abscesses, left greater than right. In conjunction with the finding of submucosal fat deposition in the terminal ileum (a sign of prior inflammation), these findings are particularly concerning for inflammatory bowel disease, particularly Crohn disease.
No bowel obstruction.
Nonobstructing left nephrolithiasis.
