- 右侧额顶叶大型外周强化、中央坏死肿块，大小约4.5 x 4.2 x 4.5 cm，周围白质广泛T2/FLAIR信号增高
- 弥散受限与强化成分对应
- 中央坏死区对应的磁敏感伪影
- 此外左侧颞叶后部团块状弥散受限区域，其前缘有对应的强化灶
- 右侧大脑半球占位效应导致局部脑沟消失、右侧侧脑室受压及右向左中线移位9 mm
- 右侧侧脑室颞角轻度扩张，提示陷闭可能
