示例报告

右枕叶低密度伴灰白质分界消失，需考虑急性/早期亚急性缺血。右丘脑腹外侧低密度为时间不确定的梗死。两处均位于右侧PCA供血区。MRI可进一步评估梗死范围。

未见占位效应或出血转化证据。
