Demographics:

Indication:
Left-sided conductive hearing loss
Findings
- Rounded soft tissue structure measuring up to 3 mm in the upper aspect of the left mesotympanum abutting the handle of the malleus without osseous erosions
- Otherwise normal appearance of both temporal bones
- Bilateral cochlear clefts (left, right), incidental developmental variants
Diagnosis
Congenital cholesteatoma
