- Trace soft tissue or fluid at the stapes footplate
- Abnormal down-sloping course of the tympanic segment of the facial nerve with abnormally anterior course of the mastoid segment
- Common vestibulocochlear cavity with dysmorphic semicircular canals and no discernible internal cochlear architecture
- RIGHT
- Mild soft tissue narrowing of the cartilaginous external auditory canal
- Mildly dysplastic appearance of the stapes
- Abnormal down-sloping course of the tympanic segment of the facial nerve
- Hypoplastic cochlea with normal basal turn but hypoplastic middle and apical turns
- Mildly dilated vestibule with well-formed and covered semicircular canals
