Indication: Headache

Case #54

Findings

  • Multilocular T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense lesions associated with the choroid plexus in the trigone of the bilateral lateral ventricles with corresponding restricted diffusion
  • Incomplete signal suppression on FLAIR
  • Minimal, if any, corresponding enhancement
  • No substantial intracranial mass effect or evidence of hydrocephalus
