Indication:
Headache
Findings
- T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense lesion along the medial floor of the right middle cranial fossa measuring 5.5 x 3 x 2.5 cm
- Corresponding restricted diffusion
- Heterogeneous internal FLAIR signal
- No corresponding enhancement
- The mass abuts and may communicate with the temporal horn of the right lateral ventricle along its superior margin and bulges inferiorly into the right foramen ovale
- Mild enlargement of the very anterior aspect of the temporal horn of the right lateral ventricle, which may represent entrapment
- Slight medialization of the right temporal uncus
