Headache
Findings
- Symmetric, minimally expansile, patchy T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity and enhancement in the dorsal pons, bilateral middle cerebellar peduncles, and bilateral cerebellar hemispheres, particularly in the regions of the dentate nuclei
- These areas demonstrate diffusion signal hyperintensity without corresponding hypointense signal on the ADC map
- No corresponding susceptibility artifact
- No substantial corresponding mass effect
