Findings
- Prior right frontoparietal craniotomy
- Multiple dural-based, enhancing lesions, notably subjacent to the craniotomy site and multiple additional lesions along the right frontal and parietal convexities as well as along the falx (all of which likely represent meningiomas)
- Enhancing lesion centered in and expanding the right Meckel's cave and bulging posteriorly along the cisternal segment of the right trigeminal nerve (likely a schwannoma)
- Punctate enhancing lesion near the fundus of the right internal auditory canal (likely a schwannoma)
- Small nodular lesion along the skin surface of the right cheek (possibly a neurofibroma)
- Inflammatory paranasal sinus disease
