  • T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesion in the juxtacortical white matter of the inferior right frontal lobe with likely adjacent cortical involvement
  • The lesion has a somewhat multinodular appearance
  • No corresponding enhancement, restricted diffusion, susceptibility artifact, or mass effect
