Findings
- Heterogeneous, lobulated intraventricular mass along the right anterior aspect of the septum pellucidum measuring 4.5 x 4 x 3 cm
- No corresponding enhancement, restricted diffusion, or susceptibility artifact
- Leftward displacement of the septum pellucidum and downward mass effect on the foramen of Monro with resultant obstructive hydrocephalus involving the lateral ventricles and mild subependymal edema
