Headache
Findings
- Infiltrative, mildly expansile area of T2/FLAIR hyperintensity involving the left insula, anterior left temporal pole, and inferior left orbitofrontal cortex extending medially to involve the posterior aspect of the left gyrus rectus
- No associated restricted diffusion, susceptibility artifact, or enhancement
- Dilated perivascular spaces in the left midbrain
