  • 右下前頭葉の皮質近傍白質にT2/FLAIR高信号病変を認め、おそらく隣接皮質にも及ぶ
  • 病変はやや多結節状の外観を呈する
  • 対応する造影効果、拡散制限、磁化率アーチファクト、または占拠効果は認めない
