  • 右頭頂後頭葉白質の血管原性浮腫、軽微な対応する圧排効果

MRI

  • 右後頭葉の辺縁造影病変、1.7 x 1.3 x 1 cm、周囲の血管原性浮腫と軽微な局所圧排効果を伴う
  • 病変中心部の小さな拡散制限域と、病変周囲の血管原性浮腫辺縁に沿った淡い拡散制限リム
