所見

CT

MRI

  • T1/T2/FLAIR等信号でびまん性に造影されるトルコ鞍上部腫瘤、1.8 x 1.4 x 1.7 cm
  • CT上の石灰化に対応する主に辺縁の磁化率アーチファクト
  • 腫瘤は下垂体茎を中心とし、下垂体とは分離して確認される
  • 腫瘤は視索および視交叉後方に接触
