  • 右視床に最大2.1 cmおよび左レンズ核に1.5 cmの辺縁造影病変
  • 内部T1低信号および軽度T2/FLAIR高信号
  • 対応する辺縁の拡散制限、右視床病変でより顕著
  • 周囲のT2/FLAIR高信号と第三脳室の圧排を伴う局所的圧排効果
