所見

造影CT

MRI

  • 右側脳室体部の不均一な腫瘤、3.8 x 3.4 x 3.8 cm、外側に充実性成分、内側に多発嚢胞性成分を有し、透明中隔と広く接触
  • 充実性成分はT2等信号、FLAIR軽度高信号を示し、びまん性の拡散制限と軽度の斑状造影効果を呈する
  • 透明中隔の右方偏位と第三脳室への圧排効果を伴い、側脳室および第三脳室前方の閉塞性水頭症を呈する
