  • 第三脳室底部の右偏心性（灰白隆起部）の非造影性腫瘤（12 x 10 x 9 mm）で、全シーケンスで灰白質信号に追随する
  • 第三脳室右外側壁、右乳頭体、および右脳弓柱への軽度の圧排効果
  • ヘルニアや水頭症は認めない
