所見

CT

  • 内部に粗大な石灰化を伴う鞍上部の嚢胞性と充実性が混在する腫瘤
  • 左前頭アプローチの脳室シャントカテーテルが左側脳室前角に到達
  • 右側脳室前角の非対称性拡大（差異的シャンティングの可能性）

MRI

  • 鞍上部の嚢胞性と充実性が混在する腫瘤（3.5 x 2.3 x 4.2 cm）で、充実成分の充実性造影と嚢胞成分の辺縁性造影を示す
  • いくつかの嚢胞成分（特に最も前上方の嚢胞）の内在性T1高信号で、病変内出血またはタンパク質性の内容物の可能性がある
  • 腫瘤は視交叉に接触し前方に偏位させ、視索を押し広げている
  • 下垂体は腫瘤とは別個に確認できる
